My health and fitness journey started when I was just 20 years old. I had gained the freshman 30 and knew I had to do something. I joined Weight Watchers and lost 30 pounds. Looking back now, it was easy. I didn't have to work out. I just counted points and the weight fell off. I kept that weight off for about 13 years...until I had kids...
 After my youngest was born in 2019, I struggled to lose the baby weight. I not only gained weight but also lost a lot of muscle tone. I tried multiple fad diets and tons of cardio but nothing worked.

I knew something had to change...

I realized that I needed a program that was customized to me and a coach that understood the life of a mom with a demanding job. I created my program with this in mind. My program teaches women to plan their meals, prep in advance, and batch cook so they can reach their goals and enjoy life without spending hours in the kitchen.
This program is for real women who want to transform their bodies but still enjoy that healthy dose of real life, which may include a big glass of wine on Friday night!
